Yankee Pest Control provides guaranteed residential pest management for all of your pest control concerns.  All of our services will start with an inspection of your home.  We would then offer a custom designed program to solve your current pest needs, included will be a written report highlighting conducive conditions that you may correct to help prevent future infestations.  Pest management professionals from Yankee provide top rated service to commercial an residential properties throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

Yankee's pest management professionals are highly trained.  They have studied Purdue University's Pest Control Technology program.  Managers and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) planners have all completed studies at American Institute of Baking (AIB).  All are state certified and receive many times over the state required training each year.  We have met all the requirements of the New England Pest Management Association's Integrated Pest Management Registry and has registered IPM practitioners on staff.

Pending the results of the inspection our service professionals will recommend a service plan to you.  This may include a one time guaranteed service or a suggestion that we include you in our residential pest management program.  All "one time" service calls come with a written six-month service guarantee.  Our residential pest management plan includes service for your current need, two scheduled services per year; once in the spring and once in the fall, additional service will be provided upon request at no additional cost.  The plan covers stinging insects, rats, mice, ants, roaches, pill bugs, earwigs, sow bugs, silverfish, ground beetles and spiders.
