Customer Service Representative

With a 25+ year track record of increasing growth, visibility, opportunity and profits, our professional pest management company, Yankee Pest Control, seeks a talented Customer Service Representative to support our business with some administrative tasks. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing several important administrative and customer service duties to support our business, including, but not limited to: answering the primary phone lines, scheduling and coordinating appointments, corresponding with customers by phone and by email, supporting technicians and other staff members out on the road preparing reports, customer billing, light office duties and administrative tasks.

We seek a bright, articulate professional who is organized, detail oriented, congenial, efficient, results oriented and a team player who listens and is concerned about others. Strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, numerical aptitude, ability to multi-task, able to work under pressure especially during busy season and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required. Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with others.

High school diploma required, some college preferred. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role required. Prior experience in a small business environment or service firm with regular customer contact and follow up responsibilities preferred.
